Why I Believe Experience Should Not Disappear
At 19, a devastating injury left me in a coma. I did not understand the lesson then. I only knew how quickly a life could change. It took decades of leadership, another health crisis in 2024, and a long recovery before I understood what those experiences had been teaching me: what we know is fragile.
My grandmother taught me that we can add to another person’s life or take away from it. That belief shaped how I led people, built businesses, and why Fischer Research Group exists to preserve hard-earned knowledge, communicate it clearly, and give it a future.
