The purpose of The Culinary Leadership Academy is to enhance and further develop leadership throughout the culinary industry. The Culinary Leadership Academy provides opportunities for professionals to increase their awareness of industry issues, to learn the skills necessary to handle today's changes, and to discover the leadership potential within each of us.

 

The four levels that comprise the Culinary Leadership Academy are:

Individual Effectiveness Skills

Developing that strength of character and releasing individual potential is an inside-out process.

Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills

World-Class Leaders use interpersonal and team skills to motivate, communicate, and inspire those around them.

Managerial Effectiveness Skills

The proven process for creating a strategic link between the work of the team and the goals of the organization.

What would it look like if we can get every chef on the path of sustained success?
That's the question that fuels all of us at the Culinary Leadership Academy. We started this Academy because we deeply believe that culinary leadership principals should be available to everyone.Why do some people succeed at levels beyond their imagination, while others struggle? It comes down to how they manage their psychology, physiology, and productivity.
Learning these skills should be offered to chefs. Every culinarian should have access to tools and systems to help them master their mind, their body, their ability to get things done, and Pay it forward! We are building a movement around that philosophy.
